The cur rent method of procedure calls for the establishment of a system of managed wildlife refuges Within large forested tracts that are Well distributed in the State.. Turkey population and thus hasten the development of a sufficient density of turkeys throughout the sur rounding territories to permit hunting in a minimum of time.
