The Hebrew names of Moses Books alternate their titles from 1st word to the 2nd word and repeat after Leviticus (VaYikra) in the names of Numbers (BaMidbar) and Deuteronomy (Devarim). VaYikra and BaMidbar meaning to call and to speak are attributing actions of God toward mankind. In VaYikra, God called unto Moses which was a casual way to communicate as to a friend.
