The provision of section 12 of chapter 649 of the Laws of 1911, that the name of a person nominated by more than one political party shall be printed but once upon the ballot, and regulating in detail the method of carrying out such provision, is unconstitutional as unjustly discriminating between electors in the facility afforded them for casting their votes for the candidates of their choice.
