A measurement of the total nuclear cross section, [sigma]{sub t}, the ratio of the real to the imaginary part of the forward nuclear elastic scattering amplitude, [rho], and the nuclear slope parameter, B, for {bar p}p elastic scattering at √{bar S} = 1.8 Te V, is presented.
