Dr. And Mrs. R. C. Massenburg, of Towson, celebrated their twentieth wedding anniversary February 16, 1907. Dr. Massenburg graduated from the medical department of the University of Maryland with the class of 1884. The first meeting of the new University Coun cil has been held, with President Fell, of the Academic Department, in the chair, and Dr. R. Dorsey Coale, secretary.
