The small-scale fisheries subsector is a crucial provider of livelihoods, nutrition, and food security to millions of people all over the world. Given the high share of fossil fuels in the energy mix of the members of ASEAN, tremendous challenges must be faced for their energy transition in the post-Covid-19 world.
