In this research, a dynamic model will be developed to measure effectiveness of knowledge management processes in knowledge-intensive organizations. In this model, knowledge management logically has been replaced by various organizational levels such as strategic level, governance level and operational level based on the organization cybernetic model and by applying system dynamics tools.
