The Association exercises great care to catalogue every lot correctly and endeavors therein and also at the actual time Of the sale to point out any error, defect or imperfection, but guaranty is not made either by the owner or the Association Of the correctness of the description, genuine ness, authenticity or condition Of any lot and no sale will be set aside on account of any incorrectness, error of cataloguing or imperfection not noted or pointed out. Every lot is sold as is and without recourse.
