I S1-:0. The Treasurer shall be elected annually by the Council to serve one year, and shall serve until his successor is elected and qualified. (Unanimously adopted.) SEC.-i. The Chairmen of the several branches shall be the vice presidents. (Unanimously adopted.) ' SEC. 5. The Trustees shall be elected by the Council. One I shall be elected to serve one year, one to serve two years, and one to serve three years. Thereafter, one shall be elected annually to serve three years. In case a vacancy in the Board of TI'l1St0c-s occurs from any cause, the Council shall elect a new Trustee to serve the unexpired term. (Unanimously adopted.) SECTION 6. The Councilors shall be elected one by each branch, as provided for in Article IV, Section 5, one by each Section or affiliated Society, as provided for in Article V, Section 3, and fifteen at large by the Society, but no person shall be elected from more than one source. Of the fifteen (15) Councilors at large elected by the Society, five (5) shall he elcc'tcd for one year, five (5) for two years, and five (5) for three years. Thereafter five (5) Councilors at large shall be elected annually by the Society to serve for three years. (Unanimously adopted.) SEC. 7.
